Antal Viczian, Esq.

Prior to graduating from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2019 with a Juris Doctor, Antal Viczian graduated cum laude from Bob Jones University with a degree in Theology and studied at St. John’s University School of Law in Rome Italy.

Before joining Josiah Knapp Law, P.C., Antal gained experience in civil litigation, estate proceedings, civil asset forfeiture, personal injury and real estate transactions. Having served under a former New York City Administrative Law Judge, Antal participated in the recovery of substantial sums — routinely ranging from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars per case — in matters involving the Department of Homeland Security, and Customs and Border Protection via CAFRA proceedings.

Antal’s practice focuses on civil litigation in New York with an emphasis on representing casinos and commercial clients in various issues surrounding collections and commercial litigation.
